We are currently hiring for an Receptionist to support our non-profit client in Oakland, CA.

$23.00-25.00 Hourly
Fully on-site position
Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
Role and Responsibilities:
Performs routine clerical duties such as answering telephones, taking and delivering messages, setting up and maintaining files, sorting/delivering mail, entering data into the computer, preparing routine correspondence.
Receives and greets visitors, determines nature of their visit and notifies appropriate staff members.
Answers and transfers telephone calls using multiple-line equipment.
Represents organization to callers and visitors in a friendly, professional manner.
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in office administration or a similar role.
Experience in scheduling, managing office supplies, and coordinating meetings.
Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Familiarity with office management systems and procedures.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
Customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
