Position Summary: As a Manager, QA, you will have the opportunity to lead a passionate team, ensuring detailed quality processes and standards are maintained. Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a diverse team of QA professionals, promoting an inclusive culture where all team members feel valued and respected.
Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and enhance product quality.
Conduct regular training sessions to ensure all team members are up-to-date with the latest quality standards and practices.
Foster a culture of open communication, encouraging team members to share ideas and feedback.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and active listening skills, as well as strong computer and math skills.
Knowledge of current Good Manufacturing Practices, ISO 9001, or other Quality system practices.
Familiarity with root cause analysis.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
Proven experience in quality assurance, with a track record of leading diverse teams.
Strong understanding of industry standards and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster an inclusive and collaborative work environment.
Commitment to continuous improvement and innovation.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and active listening skills, as well as strong computer and math skills.
Knowledge of current Good Manufacturing Practices, ISO 9001, or other Quality system practices.

Ability to present information and respond to questions from Senior Management, peers, and clients.
Some travel required.
Compensation and Benefits
The salary range estimated for this position based in New York is $103,100.00-$154,700.00.
