Hourly Rate: (LG05) $39.99 - $46.61
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be able to read, write and speak English effectively.
Must be able to understand and follow oral and written instructions.
Must be patient and understanding of customer's problems and have the ability to use good judgement in dealing with these problems.
Must be effective in communicating problem situations and develop responsible solutions independently that effect the customer and the Company.
Must have MVD license and good driving record.
Must be physically able to perform the duties required.
Must have basic PC skills and keyboard skills (15 WPM).
Must have basic math skills.
DUTIES:
*Make field visits to collect monies or disconnect meters on past due monies.
*Investigate unauthorized use of gas, disconnect and lock meters.
*Have knowledge of Company routines, policies and methods relating to collection procedures.
*Remove meters under special circumstances.
*Have knowledge of streets in territory served.
*Sign up homebound customers for Energy Assistance.
*Must be able to work with minimal supervision.
Other related duties as assigned by supervision.
