Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Junior Traffic Coordinator in Dallas, TX. The candidate will be responsible for the delivery all media assets to the agency partner.

Responsibilities:

• Junior Traffic Coordinator will attend project kick off meetings, status meetings and agency partner meetings on a regular basis


• Work with the Project Managers to facilitate the placement of ads


• Responsible for the tagging and distribution of all digital assets to the designated social media platform on the agency partner's Smartsheet's


• Traffic media and manage multiple campaign timelines at once


• Cross-check ad sizes, flighting and assets before being sent out


• As a Junior Traffic Coordinator, you will work with the agency partner to make sure they are delivering on the deadlines set and acquire confirmation campaign is live or follow-up on missing information that could impact campaign launches


• Build strong relationships with agency partners and internal team members to fulfill the work

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a traffic/content delivery role, project coordinator, scheduling, and/or account role in a marketing, advertising, corporate creative team, or agency


• Meticulous attention to detail, strong organization, and time management skills


• Ability to manage competing demands, shift priorities and be flexible in a high-paced environment


• Ability to be a team player, problem solve individually and collaboratively


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills


• Understand digital ad sizes, ad types, and ad specs


• Familiarity with Project and Resource Management Platform that centralizes workflow, Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint


• Digital communications or email marketing campaign experience preferred


• Digital Ad Agency experience preferred

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
