Expected Duration: 3+ months contract + Renewable
Job Type: [FULL TIME (>=40 HRS WEEKLY) [CONTRACT], [Onsite]
Pay Range:$35-$37/hr only on W2

Job Description:
The Onsite Administrators will perform various Printer Support Services at Kaiser Permanente locations in their territory.
The onsite printer technician would be responsible for IMACD Services (Install, Move, Add, Change, or Decommission), system updates, e-mail updates and correspondence, ordering toner supplies and toner replacements.
This technician would start the day by checking tickets and locations of needed assistance, ordering the supplies needed, and planning out which locations to visit that day.
This technician should be prepared to visit 1-2 locations per day. While they will need their own transportation and cell phone, mileage, phone, and parking are expensed.
Requirements:
Great customer service skills more than anything else
2+ years of experience overall in IT
Strong communication and coordination skills, experience working face to face with customers
Great troubleshooting mindset
Reliable transportation and cell phone
