Job Description:

Location: New York City, NY

Salary: $70,000.00 USD Annually - $75,000.00 USD Annually

Description:
Our client is currently seeking a Accounts Receivable Manager. This is a permanent, direct hire position, fully on site in Manhattan.


Responsibilities:

• Liaise with ownership, wholesale partners, and accounting team.
• Monitor aging receivables and coordinate escalated collection efforts.
• Serve as the primary escalation resource for priority receivables.
• Audit accounting team work for efficiency and accuracy.
• Support facility collection efforts.
• Report on Excel.
• Contact customers regarding accounting issues.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, or substantial experience.
• 4+ years in Accounts, preferably Receivable/Collections.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and standard office equipment.
• Strong communication skills, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
