•
• 5+ Years developing and executing strategies, development and delivery of creative and innovative training solutions that can live up to the company's marketing standards.
• 5+ years of experience developing training in a variety of delivery modalities
• Experience managing multiple projects: planning work, managing requirements, and keeping multiple tasks/projects on track
• Demonstrated experience working effectively with individuals, groups, and other organizational units to carry out the goals of a training function.
• A strong team orientation and a dedication to the success of the team's objectives.
• Instructional design experience supporting retail/sales, including e-learning and rapid design principles; or combined work experience and education. Must have experience developing materials that build knowledge and skill.
