Description: Our client is currently seeking a Business Systems Analyst
Roles and Responsibilities:
Coordinate with stakeholders, requitement gathering and elicitation, release planning, potential running agile ceremonies in some capacity, project management
Must Have Technical Skills:
Jira, Visio, PowerPoint, Confluence, Advanced knowledge of Agile methodologies and frameworks, Proficiency in business process reengineering and optimization techniques, Familiarity with release management processes and tools
Flex Skills/Nice to Have:
service now, Dynatrace, postman
Soft Skills:
Communicate across stakeholders effectively; written and verbally, in chat, has empathy working with multiple team members, comfortable working under pressure, the ability to motivate and empower team members, strategic thinking and the capacity to align business objectives with technical solutions while considering long-term implications
Bachelor's degree required in a technical field or business with an emphasis in technology, any certifications related to agile or requirement elicitation, safe certifications - nice to have
Years of experience: Level 2 3-5 years
