The pay rate range listed, includes a $3 season end bonus for every hour worked from start date if employee remains active and available to work through the end of the season, April 30 and is paid in May.

RESULTS STATEMENT
The Toolcat Operator safely uses a toolcat to ensure that snow and ice are removed from sidewalks and curb lines, beyond the clients expectations.

TACTICAL WORK
Accurately records hours worked in AspireReviews Battle Board for daily assignmentsDaily monitors GroupMe, and promptly responds to requests for workAttends and contributes at morning muster and other meetings, providing feedback on efficiency concernsReviews visit notes for every assigned property, asking for clarification when neededCompletely and efficiently cleans sidewalks using toolcat, shovels, ice-melt, etc.Pushes sidewalks edge to edge, making grass visible and curbside openWhen applicable, spreads ice melt at the application rate according to SOPCleans dumpster corrals and handicapped parking of snowSafely operates equipment without damaging customer, public or BSS property and wears reflective clothing when needed (BSS provides vests upon request)Proactively maintains equipment via Autosist equipment checklists, pre/post operationPromptly reports malfunctioning equipment to Shop Mechanic via Autosist work orderImmediately reports property damage to Office Manager and DL via text, including picturesExhibits willingness to work on any company crew (BSS prefers and provides opportunities for year-round employment)
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

REQUISITOS MNIMOS
