Ideal Candidate Requirements:

• 1+ year in customer service and dispatching.


• Proficient in Microsoft Office, email, and internet.


• Strong communication skills.


• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Dispatching, scheduling, and customer service in a production/distribution environment.


• Main contact for drivers and vendors.


• Assign loads to forklift drivers and yard hostlers.


• Enter data for work volume statistics and customer service records.


• Schedule inbound/outbound appointments, sign in drivers, and manage inventory software.


• Assist Office Manager with reports and inventory control.


• Alert management of inventory levels.
