What You’ll Do:

• New Locks - Process newly submitted locks though the Product and Pricing Engine.  These locks are then entered into our Loan Origination System. New Locks need to be entered accurately and in the appropriate manner to avoid compliance issues.  The Secondary Marketing Pricing Coordinator is also responsible for verifying pricing on lock confirmations.




• Manages Locked Pipeline- Work directly with Loan Originators, and other internal staff members via phone calls and through the Secondary email queue, on all lock related issues. Researching and completing relocks, lock revisions and extensions in a timely manner. Routine issues are handled by the Secondary Marketing Pricing Coordinator, unique situations are escalated to Lock Desk Manager.




• Daily Rates- Daily rates are generated, logged and distributed daily to internal and external customers.




• Investor Relations- Interact with Investors as it relates to loan commitment and sales. ​

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent




• 0-3 years of experience




• Resolves routine, standard problems




• Follows standard practices & procedures




• Understands fundamental concepts




• Utilizes established procedures but decides action within task ​
