As a Mobile App Senior Product Manager, you will bring your technical skills to a hospitality company with an award-winning culture. On the Mobile App Product team reporting to the Senior Director Mobile Product Management, you will support mobile app projects including our loyalty program.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.

What your day-to-day will be like:


  • Lead and execute the product strategy for the mobile app Loyalty team, aligning it with business goals and customer needs.
  • Managing projects in an agile environment, with an emphasis on iterative development, rapid prototyping, and continuous improvement.
  • Write top-notch user stories and ensure technical teams are in lockstep with them
  • Revel in the data! Define the product's key success metrics, analyze/present metrics/data post-launch, and quickly act on trends that arise from those metrics

How you will collaborate with others:

  • Work closely with the core product team and enabling teams (such as research, analytics, and accessibility) using a team topology model to ensure effective collaboration without micromanagement, optimizing for delivery speed and quality.

What you will take ownership of:

  • Identify new opportunities that will improve usability and ensure that the app is easy to access and intuitive to use. The team will pursue work such as reimagining loyalty mobile app elements.
  • Define and prioritize customer experience features working closely with UX, Technology, Marketing, and Analytics.

WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT

You have these minimum qualifications:


  • Seven (7) years of professional work experience in Technology or a related field
  • Three (3) years of work experience in mobile app product
  • Strong product management experience, including writing detailed, customer-centric user stories
  • This is a hybrid role and would require to be near one of our three US office locations (McLean, Dallas, Memphis)
  • Travel up to 20% as needed

It would be useful if you have:

  • Bachelor's Degree in related fields
  • Ten (10) years of professional work experience in Technology or related field
  • Experience leading teams
  • Experience in A/B testing and/or multivariate testing
  • Experience in the hospitality, travel, or transportation industry
