This position reports to the Director of Finance and sits in the corporate office in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

Essential Job Functions:

• Lead technical accounting expert for the US Distribution team.  Responsible for detailed analysis and preparation of complex journal entries: Percentage of Completion, Cost of Sales Accrual, Intercompany Transactions, and Revenue Recognition.           


• Leads the US Distribution control environment.


• Main contract for policies and procedures.


• Manages ERP approval workflows and interfaces with IT.  Fulfills internal and external audit documentation requests.          


• Prepares regular and ad-hoc analysis for the Finance director or VP/GM of the business unit. 


• Prepares key account reconciliations.  


• Develop tracking, reporting, and revenue recognition processes for new product offerings.

Job Requirements/Working Conditions:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance with a minimum of 1 year accounting experience required. 


• Experience in public accounting preferred.       


• Experience in technical accounting topics in US GAAP. 


• CPA preferred.                                 


• Must be willing to learn, take ownership of projects & processes, and be a strong communicator.


• Should be able to influence others without a direct reporting relationship and work independently to research technical accounting topics.
