What you•ll do:


In this role, you will join the Strategic Consulting Services Group which means you•ll be collaborating on projects across the group of companies, Escalent, C Space, and Hall &Partners. These engagements will mainly focus on User Experience research with opportunities to expand into UX Design and Strategy. If you focus on building strong client relationships and love the challenge of bringing the brief to your clients, this role could be for you.

Desired Skills:

  • 2-4 years of relevant experience in UX including Research, Strategy and Design. Experience in Consulting, Innovation, Customer Experience or Consumer Insights a plus.
  • Strong understanding of the UX research methodologies. Experience working in and facilitating Agile product development processes a plus.
  • Skilled in a variety of UX research methodologies including both generative and evaluative methods such as: ethnographic interviews, heuristic evaluation, surveys, diary studies, UX testing, card sorting, and tree testing.
  • Experience working with UX research and design teams throughout the product development process.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to deal with competing priorities.
  • Strong collaboration across internal teams to drive impact for clients.
  • Ability to multi-task, work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team, exercise sound judgment, and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Experience working in highly regulated industries like Healthcare and Financial Services a plus, although not required.

  • Base salary range for this role is $75,000 - $85,000 (determined by level of experience)
