POSITION SUMMARY:

Our Redmond based client is looking for a Project manager for a remote based position.



Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and relevant updates to all our customer facing roles.
  • Collaborating with various technical stakeholders to gather comprehensive information on key product releases.
  • Documenting release data meticulously to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Publish detailed release information across relevant stakeholders to ensure everyone is informed.
  • Measure the viewership and usage of release reporting to gauge impact and reach.
  • Agenda, Announcements, Ice Breakers, RRB prep notes, and recordings for all RRBs
  • Facilitate effective communication and decision-making processes
  • Drives data-driven decisions to focus on impactful areas
  • Deliver key strategic product releases across support and customer success audiences.

What you will do:
Curate content pertaining to upcoming product launches
Gather production information from RMs and other sources to put into a video.
Organize and lead Release Review Board Meeting
Analyze data for Product Updates and Daily Updates

What you will produce:
Product Updates
Daily Updates
Enhance visibility and awareness around upcoming releases
Data analysis of attendance, PU usage, and trends

Your impact:
Provide timely and relevant updates to all our customer facing roles.
Agenda, Announcements, Ice Breakers, RRB prep notes, and recordings for all RRBs
Facilitate effective communication and decision-making processes
Drives data-driven decisions to focus on impactful areas



Qualifications

  • Must have at least 2+ years’ of Project management experience.
  • Must have minimum 2 years experience with Creating content and Presenting Content to stakeholders.
  • Must have minimum 2 years experience working with Cross-functional teams
  • Must have minimum 1 year of experience with data analysis in PowerBI.
  • Should have a basic knowledge of production processes, quality control, costs and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.
  • Should have a basic knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.
  • Should have basic knowledge of computer software, such as MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio etc.
  • Should have a Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.

  • A competitive pay range of $35/hr- $$38/hr (depending on experience).
