Prepares payments by accruing expenses, month end accruals
Journal Entries, assistance with Month End close
Codes invoices, sets up new accounts, reconciles accounts, and closes the monthly books.
Protects the organization's value by keeping information confidential.
Inventory Reconciliation
Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.

Qualifications and Skills:
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
Works well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
High degree of attention to detail and multi-tasking
Strong time management and organizational skills
Ownership of projects and work
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Education and Experience Requirements:
Bachelors Degree or Associates Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
3+ years of experience with general Accounting
Construction Experience a Plus
Sage, Netsuite, MS Dynamics Software
Bilingual Spanish/English a Plus
