Provide exceptional service in response to inquiries for the Funding Communications Team through phone, email, chat, and video conferencing.
Ensure inquiries are addressed within the timelines set by management.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, documenting inquiries, complaints, comments, and actions taken, in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Follow client privacy policies and adhere to HIPAA guidelines for compliance.
Develop and maintain a strong working knowledge of the customer relations system (Salesforce), Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant databases.
Address customer inquiries received via email, mail, fax, chat, or phone.
Collaborate as a cross-functional team member to contribute to development and support company initiatives and objectives
Requirements:
Bachelors preferred but not required
2+ years of relevant communications experience and/or work experience with Medical Insurance
Efficient problem analysis and problem-solving skills.
Computer literate with demonstrated ability to learn new programs.
Familiarity with Salesforce software a plus!

Pay range: $58-$62k
Schedule: M-F 7:00am-3:30am CST
Location: Hybrid (Onsite 1-2 times per week)
