Reputable law firm in search of a Leave Coordinator / FMLA Administrator to join their team! Searching for an individual with FMLA and LOA experience, strong interpersonal skills, and high attention to detail. This company offers competitive pay, schedule flexibility, and benefits. This role is contract with a chance of higher based on performance.



Responsibilities:

- Coordinate the administration of absences (LOA, FMLA, Workers' Compensation)
- Manage all administrative aspects of leave claims
- Work closely with employees to ensure all necessary documentation is submitted
- Determine eligibility for leave benefits



Requirements:

- 2+ years of experience working with leave of absences
- Knowledge of FMLA, ADA, and workers' compensation across multiple states
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite skills
- UKG experience a plus
