Material Requirements Planning Controller - $2,000 Sign-on Bonus



Neenah, WI

In this role, you will:



  • Lead the Material Requirements Planning (MRP) process.

  • Provide leadership and analysis to optimize customer service expectations, shipping expense, inventory level, and execution of Manufacturing Engineering projects.

  • Provide assistance and capability building for stores functions such as receiving, storing, issuing materials, material handling, and shipping materials.

  • Ensure a safe work environment by supporting the Stores Team in maintaining safe working conditions, equipment, and employee attitudes, and achieving safety objectives while complying with corporate policies and plant guidelines.

  • Manage overall material demand fulfillment from a site-wide perspective while maintaining prescribed inventory safety stock levels for materials.

  • Analyze items in safety stock and refurbishment to identify and drive opportunities to reduce stocking quantities and order rounding values.

  • Process Authority to Stock (ATS) utilizing the MPP (Maintenance Parts Program) in a timely manner.

  • Continuously analyze the disposition process of obsolete/surplus material and recommend changes to support facility objectives.

  • Document and verify completion of annual physical cycle counting plan for all inventoried materials on a monthly basis ensuring all materials are counted annually in accordance with Corporate Financial Instructions (CFI's).

  • Manage the MRP process professionally, working with customers to ensure a continuous efficient supply flow to satisfy work demands and the replenishment of safety stock.

  • Verify and approve cycle count documentation and complete material adjustments in SAP.

  • Maintain the MRP controller queues in providing guidance to the specified external provider and oversee interim bin management process.

  • Assist and train others as needed.

In one of our manufacturing roles, you'll focus on winning with consumers and the market, while putting safety, mutual respect, and human dignity at the center. To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:



  • Are 18 years or older and authorized to work in the United States

  • Have a state and/or US Department of Education accredited high school diploma, GED Grade 12 certificate.

  • 5+ years in inventory control and warehouse operations

  • Proficient in ERP systems, word processing, and spreadsheets

  • Works well under pressure and meets deadlines independently

  • Self-motivated and customer service-oriented

  • Forklift certified or able to obtain certification

  • Can pass a pre-employment assessment and a pre-employment drug + background screening

  • Can pass post-offer / pre-hire Physical Abilities Test (PAT)




Preferred Skills:



  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook

  • Experienced in SAP

  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)

  • Highly organized

  • Flexible

  • Skilled in prioritization and attention to detail

Competitive Compensation with a starting wage range of $27.06 - $31.87 per hour depending on experience, including time and a half over 40 hours and double-time on Sundays. $2,000 sign-on bonus currently offered. You'll also be included in our 401(k) and Profit-Sharing Plans.
