Job Description:


RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client in San Ramon, CA that is seeking a Process Analyst - RV/Marine Dealer Management Program.

Summary:
In this role, the Process Analyst will be responsible for maintaining and executing the policies and procedures for the Dealer Management program covering 2,400 RV and Marine dealerships. This includes but is not limited to monitoring and validation of dealer performance metrics, investigating and addressing breaches in thresholds, summarizing results in comprehensive recertification of dealerships, and compiling Dealer Management metrics into comprehensive report deck. The Process Analyst will work with various constituencies including Sales, Risk, Compliance, and other business partners to achieve business objectives.




REQUIREMENTS:



  • 5-7 years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Possesses a deep understanding of and problem solving ability for issues within the business/group

  • Knowledge of business analysis, project delivery practices and standards across the project lifecycle

  • Knowledge of business/group processes, procedures and controls

  • Understanding of risk, regulatory and compliance requirements

  • Superior organizational skills, attention to detail, and prioritization

  • Deep knowledge and technical proficiency gained through extensive education and business experience

  • Verbal & written communication skills

  • Collaboration & team skills

  • Analytical and problem solving skills

  • Influence skills

  • Experience in Indirect Lending is nice to have






The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.



We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
