Overview of the Role:

The Talent Acquisition Operations Coordinator is responsible for providing quality customer service support to Alignment Healthcare's Talent Acquisition team. The Talent Acquisition Operations Assistant will directly support Recruiters and Hiring Managers to ensure both internal and external candidates are receiving best class candidate experience. This individual will also assist with data entry of new hires, onboarding paperwork, scheduling of interviews, and other related projects. Additionally, this individual will be supporting other areas within the People and Culture team on special projects and assignments.

Responsibilities:

• Support onboarding of all new hires which includes below:
  


• Compile new hire data and enter information into the HRIS system
• Order background check as necessary
• Complete new hire checklists and creation of employee profiles
• Assist on coordinating and scheduling candidate interviews including phone and in person interviews
• Supports recruiters on updating job postings and posting jobs on external sites
• Process invoices as necessary
• Other Human Capital special projects or responsibilities as assigned

• 1+ years of administrative assistant or coordinator experience is required.
• 1+ years of recruiting operations experience is highly preferred.
• 1+ years of high-volume calendar management, booking travel, etc.
• 1+ years of background check viewing and management
• Microsoft Office Products experience. (Word, Excel, PPT)
• Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year College or university; or three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
