Our client is seeking a Technical Product Manager in Tampa, FL.


Role Description


• Provide strategic direction and oversight to product development teams
• Identify customer needs through workshops, focus groups, and research initiatives, sharing insights with key stakeholders and development professionals
• Define the product backlog, incorporating feedback from executive leadership, marketing teams, and customer feedback loops
• Utilize prioritization framework to organize product backlog
• Work collaboratively with Product development, Design, QA, stakeholders, and other business teams to ensure quality products are delivered
• Work with Architecture and Design to solve for customer needs and help come up with a solution
• Collect customer feedback to help evolve and iterate on LYNX Fleet and LYNX API products
• Remain involved in all stages of the product life cycle, defining and implementing refinements and upgrades to increase longevity
• Triage and prioritize bugs or incidents to ensure product quality
• Create epics, user stories and acceptance criteria to define product requirements and refine stories with product development team
• Actively involve in the Agile methodology framework for product development and participate in Sprint planning and Scrum ceremonies
• Drive product features for LYNX API and the API Developer portal to meet the needs of the Telematics customers who actively use the products
• Define key metrics to drive product success in alignment with product vision
• Track the customer analytics to determine the customer behavior and drive better product adoption
• Document the product release notes, product announcements, and feature specifications for support teams


Skills & Requirements


• 5+ years in a product management role, with at least one year in a leadership or supervisory role
• 5+ years managing Software project requirements and development using Agile methodology
• Understands and practices agile development philosophies - SCRUM, SAFe
• Knowledge of IoT, including sensors, connectivity, cloud, analytics, and user interfaces
• Experience in defining requirements for APIs and building API Developer portal
• Experience with vendor management platforms
• Excellent program management skills to lead cross-functional teams
• Must possess a bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a relevant technical field
• Excellent communication, organizational, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Previous experience in IOT and Telematics is a plus
• Proficiency with standard office and presentation software and platforms
• Experience building solutions in cloud environments
• Experience in Analytics to drive product insights
• Ability to travel 15%
