Role reports to: Senior Tax Counsel Lead, Global Taxation

Location: Skillman, NJ Kenvue's corporate headquarters is currently located in Skillman NJ, but is scheduled to move to Summit, NJ in or around early 2025.

Travel %: 5%

Pay: 92-168k




What You Will Do

The Kenvue Global Tax Group is recruiting for a Senior Associate (Paralegal). This position is based will be based in Skillman, NJ until March 2025 and in Summit, NJ starting March 2025 and will report to the Senior Director Tax Counsel. The position is not remote.


Key Responsibilities


• Responsible for supporting the Kenvue Senior Tax Counsel, specifically, and the Tax Department, in general, on special projects

• Maintain Kenvue Tax Department's legal entity charts and partner with the Corporate Secretary's Office to ensure they are complete and accurate; keep tax information updated in the Legal Entity Management System

• Assist with due diligence for legal entity rationalization, preparation and submission to the IRS of requests for legal entity name change, address change, tax residency certificates and other basic document drafting and signature package coordination internally and with outside counsel; tax information reporting for cross-border and domestic acquisitions, dispositions, and intercompany reorganizations

• Support compensation and benefits tax special projects

• Administrative support to the broader tax function including opening of electronic purchase orders, handling of tax department mail and [...]



What We Are Looking For

Qualifications:

• A minimum of a bachelor's degree is required

• A minimum of 2-4 years of paralegal experience in a law firm or in-house corporate is required

• Experience managing legal documents and projects

• Exceptional business partnering and project management skills, attention to detail and written and verbal communication skills is required

• Ability to work well between functions and across the business is essential

• Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset
