Job Description:

Our client is seeking a dedicated Project Manager to join their team. This role is an onsite opportunity in our client's location, where you will be instrumental in helping people with Diabetes lead healthier, happier lives. As a Project Manager, you will manage internal and external cross-functional teams supporting partnerships. This role acts as the lead interface between our client and external partners, requiring continuous executive stakeholder management. You will be a key element of the Project Management Office (PMO) organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate, harmonize, and consolidate project scopes, plans, strategies, and budgets for one or more projects
- Lead project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and reporting
- Drive continuous improvement programs that deliver on the business strategy
- Prioritize activities across multiple projects to balance resource availability, project status, and schedule, and business need
- Liaise with other Project Owners, functional managers, and management to monitor business processes
- Establish and monitor KPIs to assess delivery performance

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in a discipline appropriate to the project or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
- Minimum 4 years of related work experience
- Demonstrated technical skills and management judgment appropriate to the project
- Demonstrated expertise in PM tools and processes
- Experience in Project Management for a Hardware, Software, or Medical Device company preferred
- Understanding of New Product Introduction/product lifecycle
- Strong leadership, influencing, and negotiation skills
