Job Description:
Raven is looking for a versatile and self-directed Junior Gameplay Engineer to join our team and help us define and shape the gameplay of our upcoming Call of Duty titles!

As a Junior Gameplay Engineer, you will be responsible for developing new features and experiences that Call of Duty players will love, working closely with our design and content teams to push our gameplay systems to the next level.
Your Mission:

• Contribute to the design of gameplay systems


• Develop, modify, and debug gameplay software in C/C++ and script


• Deploy, optimize, and test gameplay software on PC and console platforms


• Collaborate with other internal departments (art, design, audio, QA, etc.)


• Document software and features for internal and external teams


• Participate in the code review process

Player Profile:

• Professional C++ programming experience and a comprehensive understanding of object-oriented programming


• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or related field


• Track record of closely collaborating, coordinating with, and supporting other team members


• Be creative, motivated, focused, passionate, and driven


• Ability to write efficient, readable, and reliable code


• Love for games

In the U.S., the standard base pay range for this role is $25.96 - $48.08 Hourly. These values reflect the expected base pay range of new hires across all U.S. locations. Ultimately, your specific range and offer will be based on several factors, including relevant experience, performance, and work location. Your Talent Professional can share this role's range details for your local geography during the hiring process. In addition to a competitive base pay, employees in this role may be eligible for incentive compensation. Incentive compensation is not guaranteed. While we strive to provide competitive offers to successful candidates, new hire compensation is negotiable.
