We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and progressive Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our Science and Lab Solutions (SLS) Commercial Americas HRBP team. Reporting to the HRBP Head SLS Commercial Americas, you will have the opportunity to influence and make a real impact in a truly dynamic and global HR organization. You Act as a single contact point from HR to business; take lead for all HR related topics. Play active role in utilizing HR expertise to address business needs and understands the business impact of delivering results while upholding the Company core values.



Key Responsibilities:



  • Partner with leaders in SLS Commercial Americas to prioritize people related topics that have bearing on business outcomes; translate business requirements into HR solutions and systems that deliver business results.

  • Collaborate with business leaders and people managers to inculcate a High-Performance Culture. Deliver key HR processes such as talent management, performance management, change management, workforce planning, people development etc.

  • Work closely with global HR teams to understand key business and people imperatives at global and regional level and translate them into implementable programs in the country.

  • Lead development and deployment of local interventions and initiatives in the business aligned to business strategy.

  • Support business leaders in the function to deploy, implement and communicate on HR portfolio solutions: Accountable for employee lifecycle topics like Onboarding, Engagement, Pay & Reward, People Development

  • Deliver operational HR support for all employee lifecycle solutions.

  • Steer organizational solutions around people analytics, organizational transformation, change, etc.

  • Work with legal & compliance teams to ensure site level compliances with Company policies and procedures and educate employees on adherence.

Who You Are:




Minimum requirements



  • Bachelor's degree:

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in a Human Resources or relevant position.




Preferred requirements



  • Experience working in the Healthcare and/or Life Sciences Industry.

  • Experience working at a large global and highly matrixed organization highly.

  • Proven track record of working collaboratively and communicating successfully in a cross-functional and multi-cultural environment. Solution- and future-oriented thinking.

  • Independently recognizes the need for additional data. Collects and leverages HR Analytics to enhance knowledge and understanding.

  • Leverages data and technology to drive positive employee experience.

  • Change agent and demonstrates change management experience.

  • Persuades senior stakeholders through sound arguments and building emotional commitment to take ownership for people topics.

  • Demonstrated experience in critical thinking to understand the impact of decisions across the organization and how to drive broader solutions.

  • Ability to foster a cooperative environment built on trust and mutual respect.

  • Ability to present ideas and decisions in an unbiased balanced way based on fact, legal guidance, and risk assessment that gains understanding, alignment buy in and/or agreement.

  • Strong level of knowledge of employee relations principles, practices, methods, and programs. Strong knowledge and understanding of federal and state employment and labor laws, regulations, procedures, and standards. Ability to utilize knowledge to make critical decisions while ensuring legally sound solutions that protect the company against risk.
