KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


  • In partnership with Lead Project Manager and CEOIA team members, regularly interfaces with senior level (often C-Level) participants and board members, providing "white glove service" throughout project delivery. Provides onsite coordination and support where appropriate.

  • Coordinate internal project teams to ensure there is a common understanding of project purpose, scope, roles, timeline and expected deliverables; regularly communicate with project teams on ongoing activities and require actions.

  • Ensure client satisfaction through seamless delivery of solutions to clients. Assure professional client interactions, acting as brand champion.

  • Demonstrate and convey, through a consistent professional presence, demeanor, confidence, and reassurance to internal teams and to clients.

  • Serve as primary point of contact for client information, updates, delivery, issue resolution and data tracking.

  • Manage scope to ensure delivery against desired project outcomes, deadlines and budget, Monitor, mitigate, and surface issues and risks as needed.

  • Create project plans, manage project schedules, and develop quality management plans.

  • Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings that balance consensus building with decision-making; document and communicate outcomes/actions.

  • Launches tools and assessments and troubleshoot with team and clients as needed.

  • Manage end-to-end project lifecycle, including initiation and setup, input for SAP, entry of delivery data into internal systems, handoff of delivery data to other functions, execution to invoicing, financial tracking, and closing out when complete.

  • Monitor project forecasting and revenue margins, track and escalate issues, propose mitigation solutions, and manage revenue margin improvement plans.

  • Manage vendors and external contractors, including procurement and contract management.

  • Work effectively under direction while showing and taking initiative to advance the success of the team.

  • Balance action orientation, planning, and profitability on multiple competing timelines and priorities while building and maintaining strong, trusting relationships.

  • Use critical thinking and mental agility to identify critical issues with ease. Work quickly, cross-functionally, and collaboratively to resolve.

  • Exhibit professional maturity in presence, and in verbal and written communication.

  • Acquire and leverage knowledge of emerging industry practices when solving business problems.

  • Balance client-centric solutions with operational efficiency, to maximize profit on projects.

  • Willingness to adhere to established processes; also pushes creative thinking beyond the boundaries of existing delivery, project management, and industry practices.

  • Ability to adjust delivery in response to client talent and business issues; manage relevant data, receive input from project teams and appropriately and accurately apply comments and feedback.

  • Comfortable giving and receiving feedback in a strong, 360-degree performance culture.

  • Ability to influence people and resources to ensure project teams deliver consistently high-quality services to our clients.

  • Business skills and aptitude to understand the components of and run a fiscally successful project.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships with cross-functional, remote teams, and highly diverse teams at all levels of the organization, both internally and with clients.

  • High attention to detail and ability to understand the big picture.

  • Other duties as assigned.


PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3-5 years' experience in people strategy and operations/transformation of a management consultancy OR internal HR role in HR operations/organizational development design/M&A integration

  • Skilled in several of the following areas: Change Management, People Strategy Development and Implementation, Culture Change, Organization Design, Organization Effectiveness Analytics and Diagnosis, Diversity and Inclusion Analytics, Diagnosis and Strategy

  • Able to operate independently to make custom adjustments to relatively standard offerings to meet client needs. Can lead core service line work activities. Maintains knowledge and expertise of an industry, current and future trends and challenges.

  • Developed expertise (depth and breadth) and consulting skills i.e., client relationships, commercial impact and business insights.


EDUCATION
  • Bachelor's degree required; Masters preferred
