Successful Candidates:

• Licensed as a SLP in CO


• Experience in providing appropriate care in post-acute or long-term care environment (preferred)


• Dysphagia experience

Rate Range $45-$50

* * $5,000 Sign on bonus paid: $1,000 after 90 days, $1,000 paid after 6 months, $1,000 paid after 12 months, $1,000 paid after 18 months & $1,000 paid after 24 months
