Job Description:

HPE is looking for a Senior Software Engineering & Test Technical Manager with a solid understanding of complex, large scale systems and experience as a technical leader. If you are currently leading a technical team and are ready for your next role, then please apply today.

Responsibilities:

• As a member of the System Integration Engineering Team, team members are responsible for driving the integration, delivery and validation of all components of the High Performance Compute (HPC) system stack - including compute, storage, network, hardware, and software, in varied configurations.


• You will be on the front lines of ensuring that the system solutions fulfill and exceed our customer's demanding requirements for scale, performance, usability, reliability, and manageability.

• You will recruit, manage and retain teams of talented engineers


• You will mentor engineers and lead by example

• You will collaborate with HPE product and engineering leadership to deliver products to our customers


• You will navigate the organization as necessary to unblock the team and ensure timely delivery


• You will drive the adoption of new best practices into activities in the engineering organization


• You will engage and collaborate with technology partners and customers

Education & Experience Required:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science or equivalent


• 10+ years of experience in delivery enterprise or at-scale software


• Experience leading or managing software development teams


• Strong written and verbal communication skills ability to work successfully in a team environment


• Experience in overall architecture of software systems for products and solutions.


• Experience in testing system solutions.


• Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment


• Ability to understand and embrace forms and processes for automated software delivery


• Previous experience with High Performance Computing is a plus

USD Annual Salary: $142,500.00 - $327,500.00
