Job Description:

DH Pace Company, Inc., is a customer focused sales, and service organization. We are looking to hire a Service Coordinator-in-Training in our commercial department in our Tempe, AZ office who will effectively coordinate and schedule field employees in order to provide service to the customer’s satisfaction. Job Responsibilities:



  • Build effective dispatch schedules by analyzing service needs and technician skills

  • Manage dispatch process – coordinate with managers, customers, and other internal departments

  • Navigate dispatch pools and coordinate with the warehouse to stage necessary parts

  • Handle phone calls from technicians and customers with professionalism and efficiency

  • Manage internal and external email traffic to ensure timely and accurate responses

  • Audit paperwork

  • Update work orders throughout duration of projects

  • Create and manage various types of service and sales requests

  • Communicate at a high level with colleagues and customers

  • Understand relevant business reports and review regularly

  • Other duties as assigned



     Hours: Monday - Friday, 6:30AM to 3:30PM. With additional hours as business needs require. 


    Job Requirements:



    • High School diploma/GED

    • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite.

    • Candidate must be customer focused.

    • Candidate must demonstrate an outstanding work ethic, be highly reliable, self-motivated and goal oriented with a drive to be successful.

    • Must have good time management skills, be organized, and have the ability to multi-task.
