Position: Project Manager III


Job Description:


As a Project Manager III, you will establish and oversee the operational framework for prioritized projects within the Global Community. Your responsibilities will include incubating key strategic capabilities, coordinating team and leadership rituals, and managing the day-to-day logistical and operational needs to deliver projects that align with strategic objectives, particularly in areas such as Social Media and Influencer Management.


You will collaborate closely with leadership to drive projects by leveraging cross-team collaboration and implementing effective project management methodologies. Your goal is to ensure the successful execution of these projects in alignment with the team's strategic objectives.


Required Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience working on strategically important projects with visibility to leadership teams and senior stakeholders


• 4+ years of experience designing and driving processes for Publishing, Marketing, or other creative teams


• Experience translating complex information into structured recommendations and rallying teams to drive change


• Demonstrated experience in successfully managing the delivery of cross-functional, multi-workstream programs in a business-to-consumer environment


• Excellent communication, executive presentation, and leadership skills with a collaborative approach to problem-solving

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience working with multidisciplinary publishing technical and non-technical teams


• Experience handling confidential and sensitive information with discretion


• Experience designing and driving large-scale transformation programs


• Experience with change management in large-scale organizations


• Agile project management experience


• Project Management Certification
