Job Description:

Responsible for assisting in the supervision and training of team members, assist in rolling out UPHW divisions and the remaining Non-Medical Leave of Absence divisions to the Human Resource Shared Services Center (HRSSC). Serve as the liaison between the UPHW team, IS&S groups and Executives. Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety.Minimum

Desired


  • Associates degree in a Business related field of study preferred.
  • Human Resource exposure preferred.
  • Knowledge of union contracts and union pension, health and welfare preferred.

  • Assist and train Contract Administrators with inputting rules pertaining to Union Contracts into the Employee Work Rules (EWR) system.
  • Assist with processing Non-Medical Leave of Absence.
  • Assist with calls coming into the call center.
  • Assist with triage on system issues.
  • Communicate to groups of various sizes under various conditions. Give presentations during rollout phase and group training.
  • Serve as backup to the Contract Administrators.
  • Verify time cards for department staff.
  • Assist in testing changes and enhancements to the EWR and Kermit system.
  • Provide management with status and progress reports.
  • Provide feedback to manager on performance reviews of team members.
  • Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation.
