Job Overview: Linde Services Inc. seeks an Associate Director Strategic Accounts to join our sales team in The Woodlands, TX. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing, developing, and expanding our national key accounts while identifying and pursuing potential markets in the refining, petrochemical, renewable and/or LNG industries. Benefits: - Starting base pay - Participation in Linde's Variable Compensation program - Comprehensive benefit plan (medical, dental, vision and more) - 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan - Paid time off (vacation, holidays, PTO) - Employee Discount Programs - Career growth opportunities Primary Responsibilities: - Develop and expand current key account relationships - Develop and maintain a strategic account pipeline - Research and develop new potential markets - Develop and maintain detailed individual account plans - Negotiate and manage account contracts and pricing agreements - Develop and lead long-term strategies to gain developmental accounts - Articulating and negotiating this strategy across the business - Work closely and collaborate with other intercompany business units to leverage targets - Build and maintain credibility at all levels - Work with and support Account Managers to maximize growth - Other duties as assigned Qualifications - Bachelor's Degree required - 8 years of demonstrated sales experience required - Industry experience in the Refining, Petrochemical, Renewable and/or LNG industries required - Up to 70% travel required - Strong computer and browser skills for business and account management (Word, Excel, CU, PowerPoint, CRM) - Proven success in building and maintaining relationships with strategic accounts and increasing market share - Ability to negotiate and manage complex pricing agreements to maximize profitability - Strong strategic planning abilities, including the capacity to devise and launch long term initiatives - Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer-service skills - Self-starter with organizational skills and ability to work under minimal supervision - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment About Linde Linde Services Inc.
