SUMMARY:
We are seeking an Accounts Payable Administrator to join our team. This position requires a well-organized individual, with an eye for detail and accuracy. This person is also someone who embraces
change with a cheerful outlook and willingness to give extra effort to meet team objectives.

Duties include:
• Accurately record vendor invoices and maintain documentation
• Ensure the completeness and accuracy of transactions
• Build and maintain relationships with vendors and team members
• Adhere to department controls, procedures, and processes
• Assist AP Manager with both routine and non-routine tasks
• Maintain a positive attitude and communicate with integrity
• Provide documentation as requested by vendors and team members
• Meet stringent deadlines
• Reconcile monthly vendor statements to company records
• Provide documentation for audits as needed
Requirements:
• 2+ years' experience
• Thorough knowledge of accounts payable procedures; including understanding of POs and threeway matching procedures
• Basic mathematical skills; addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages, ratios, and
formulas
• Understanding that AP provides a service to team members and suppliers, and a commitment to
provide excellent customer service
• Effective communication skills
• Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills
• Great organization, problem solving and analytical skills
• Desire to meet objectives and achieve improvement objectives
• NetSuite experience preferred
