We are looking for an experienced Property Maintenance individual to perform the maintenance and repair operations of our buildings, fixtures, and equipment. The ideal candidate will have expertise in HVAC, electrical systems, and plumbing, as well as operating in a team environment. This role requires occasional travel to our various locations, in Virginia and North Carolina, to ensure consistent maintenance standards across all properties.

Key Responsibilities:
Groundskeeping / landscaping prioritization to ensure timely and efficient completion of maintenance tasks.HVAC systems, including routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair.Maintain and repair electrical systems, including wiring, outlets, and circuit breakers.Handle plumbing issues, such as leaks, pipe repairs, and fixture installations.Assist in developing and implementing preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and ensure property safety.Coordinate with external contractors for specialized maintenance tasks when necessary.Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in property maintenance or similar role.Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical systems, and plumbing.Previous experience in being part of a maintenance team.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Previous custodial, property maintenance, or labor related grounds experience required.Must display excellent service attitude, with willingness.Must be able to lift 50lbs with no assistance.Must be able to work in varying temperatures and weather conditions.Must be able to frequently stand, walk, kneel, crouch and/or crawl.Must pass a company provided pre-employment screening, including background check, drug screen, MVR driving record and physical.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Valid drivers license and willingness to travel to various company locations.

Travel Required: Yes, occasional travel to North Carolina and Other Virginia locations.

Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in maintenance or a related field preferred.Minimum of 5 years of experience in property maintenance.
