As a Hiring and Training Lead you'll raise the bar for Best Buy's inclusive culture as you manage the selection, onboarding, and retention processes for multiple micro markets. You'll partner with store leadership to create applicant and employee experiences that ensure we are supporting all candidates whether they are accepted or turned down. You will oversee the full onboarding process, which includes facilitating portions of new employee trainings as well as ensuring accurate paperwork and individual employee learnings are completed.
