As an<strong> Associate Director of Product Management</strong> for the <strong>Lively digital</strong> product portfolio, you will oversee the strategy, development, and optimization of our apps, websites, and other digital platforms. This role is central to delivering user-centric digital experiences that are tightly integrated with our physical devices. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure our digital products are intuitive, engaging, and aligned with both customer expectations and business goals.<br><br>This role is <strong>remote,</strong> which means you would work virtually from home or another US-based non-Best Buy Health location. <br><br><strong>What you'll do</strong><ul><li>Define and communicate the product vision and strategy, aligning with Best Buy Health business objectives.</li><li>Lead the development of products that prioritize user experience and deliver tangible customer value</li><li>Oversee the development, refinement and execution of product roadmaps, ensuring they are aligned with delivering key experiences and business objectives.</li><li>Establish and monitor key product performance metrics, using insights to drive product iterations and improvements.</li><li>Coach, mentor and manage a team of product managers, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.</li><li>Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, operations, and other cross-functional stakeholders to ensure product success.</li><li>Advocate for the customer at every stage, leveraging user research, insights and data to inform product decisions.</li></ul><br><strong>Basic qualifications</strong><ul><li>Minimum 6 years of relevant Product Management experience (Offering Management, Business Management, Strategy, Development, Design, etc) required</li><li>Minimum 3 years relevant experience in strategy creation, health related solutioning, cross-functional leadership required</li></ul><br><strong>Preferred qualifications</strong><ul><li>Minimum 6 years of experience managing the lifecycles of digital products including: apps, websites and digital platforms preferred</li><li>Prior experience leading product teams preferred</li><li>Prior experience developing, communicating and implementing strategies that align to business goals and customer needs preferred</li><li>Prior experience with technical aspects of digital product integrations including experience with API's, SDKs and hardware integrations preferred</li><li>Prior experience with agile methodologies, processes and technologies (e.g Jira, Azure, etc.) preferred</li></ul><br><strong>What's in it for you</strong><br>We're committed to helping our people thrive at work and at home.
