 Position Overview:

As a Business Development Analyst, you will work closely with our experienced professionals to gain hands-on experience in all aspects of the merger and acquisitions process. This position offers an exceptional opportunity to apply classroom knowledge in a real-world setting, enhance deal-making skills, and make a meaningful impact on our growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Deal Search: Utilize various tools to manage pipeline of target companies, apply screening framework to narrow search and identify potential targets.


2. Due Diligence Support: Assist in conducting due diligence on potential acquisition targets, including financial analysis, market research, and risk assessment.


3. Market Research: Conduct industry and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks that may impact potential acquisitions.


4. Financial Analysis: Assist the AR, AP and Tax groups as it relates to the Cooper Components finance and accounting. Prepare accounting reports to be presented to senior management.

Skills:

• Analytical and financial modeling skills.


• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.


• Communication and presentation abilities.


• Interest in the natural gas industry.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university


• 0-2 years of experience in with working in a similar capacity
