Job Designation

 The Business Growth Manager reports to the VP of Business Growth and will manage the assigned FATS product growth area.

Job Description

Developing and executing growth strategies. Create effective growth strategies across FATS product line. Must be able to execute those strategies and implement them correctly.

Analyzing data. Be able to analyze data to make informed decisions about the Product’s growth. This includes analyzing customer behavior, market trends, and other data that could provide insight into the virtual weapons product roadmaps

Collaborating with teams. Be able to work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the product growth strategy is implemented and optimized for success. This includes ensuring strong collaboration is occurring with sales, marketing, engineering, operations, and customer service teams.

Managing budgets. Manage budget to ensure that the product’s growth is as efficient as possible.

Identifying market opportunities. Identify potential markets for products and services and analyze customer behavior to capitalize on those opportunities.

Documenting progress and product-related concerns. Effectively track projects and pending sales to mitigate delays and ensure prompt delivery of products. Product complications (inadequate durability with parts, improper packing and/or presentation of product.

Customer satisfaction. Capturing customer satisfaction with the end product (did sales sell the appropriate product, did the product meet the customer’s expectations, did the customer feel as though interactions with sales/SME/service/installer met their needs)
