This position pays $18.00/hr with a $1.00 shift increase for 2nd Shift.



Job Description: Assist Supervisor in day-to-day operations of breast operation.


Job Synopsis: Primary tasks include department sett-up; ensure USDA production and HACCP requirements are met in breast area. Assist supervisor with Grade related issues by monitoring Grading Service Checks and communicating errors to appropriate line personnel. Make Decisions on staffing assignments based upon product flow, Product mix and attendance. Other responsibilities include relieving line personnel as needed, fill-in of absenteeism as necessary, wash down at breaks and insure general housekeeping. Fill in for Supervisor in their absence.


This position is responsible for assisting the Supervisor in coordination of the daily responsibilities of the department by ensuring the Supervisor's instructions are communicated to the team members and carried out timely and correctly. This position will also monitor all equipment to insure it is working properly and notify the supervisor of any needed maintenance while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures.



Requirement:




The Applicant must have a least six (6) months of processing experience.
