Ledgent is currently seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk for a company in Winter Garden! This is an immediate opportunity!
Duties include:
Audits invoices for accuracy
Audits refund requests to ensure that the initiating party has followed the proper procedures
Ensures that the invoice contains the correct general ledger codes and location numbers before processing for payment
Processes incoming invoices for prompt payment
Reconciles accounts at the end of every month
This position will be onsite, Monday through Friday, 8am - 5pm.
