Ultimate Staffing is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to provide comprehensive support to multiple attorneys in our clients Trumbull office. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, efficiently manage competing priorities, and take a proactive approach to their work. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet tight deadlines while ensuring the successful completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide paralegal support to a team of attorneys.
Oversee and manage complex litigation cases.
Draft and prepare legal pleadings.
Coordinate and handle filings across multiple jurisdictions in the U.S.
Organize and manage large volumes of documents and document productions.
Qualifications:
At least 5 years of experience in complex litigation.
Experience handling cases in multiple New England states & New York.
A bachelor's degree or a paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program is preferred.
Proven experience working on large, intricate litigation matters.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the capacity to prioritize tasks independently.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, both written and verbal.
