Ready to launch your career? The Columbia Threadneedle Investments intern program is designed to provide students with first-hand investment management experience. You will support portfolio management or investment research, contributing directly to the investment process. You will work with an experienced team of portfolio managers and/or analysts who will provide mentorship and opportunities for shadowing.

Responsibilities

Intern will work as part of a team of experienced and collaborative analysts and portfolio managers to manage a portfolio of stocks focused on smaller and mid-sized companies. The individual will rotate every 2-3 weeks to work on a different sector on various projects, including formulating investment thesis/pitches, and helping to write investment reports and update financial models. At the end of the summer, the analyst will pitch a stock of their choice to the firm, with appropriate guidance and coaching by the team.

Required Qualifications

• Current Junior at a 4-year university pursuing a bachelor's degree


• Graduation date of December 2025 or May/June 2026
