An architecture group is looking at for a Sr. Payroll & HR Specialist to join their team. This person must be detail-oriented, strong communication skills, and is proactive. This role is a hybrid position and needing someone who has used ADP. Ideally looking to interview and start ASAP!
Responsibilities:
Gathering and organizing timesheets.
Preparing and processing documentation.
Monitoring employee attendance and schedules.
Reviewing and analyzing payroll reports for issues, and making needed adjustments.
Auditing new hire and terminated employee payroll records.
Requirments:
Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field and/or equivalent experience.
At least five years related experience required.
Experience in ADP required
Previous management experience required
