Description: ATA Services, Inc is currently seeking to hire a Recruitment Support worker to work on a temporary assignment with the Bernalillo County Bureau of Elections for the 2024 General Election. This position is expected to last until December 6, 2024. THIS POSITION REQUIRES THAT YOU ARE ABLE TO PASS DRUG TEST INCLUDING MARIJUANA.
Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug test.
Pay Rate: $16.15 per hour with weekly pay
Start Date: ASAP
Schedule: Monday – Friday 7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m., hours and days will be extended as needed
Location: SE Albuquerque – Gibson and Broadway
Job Duties:
Assist and coordinate Election Personnel hiring,
Schedule interviews,
Coordinate schedules for in-person training,
Assist with payroll,
Post election Canvass,
Poll Official recruitment,
Voter Center setup,
Setup schedules in Shiftboard,
Prepare HR paperwork
Qualifications:
Must pass a drug screen and criminal background check.
Previous experience in recruitment, HR administration, or related roles is required. This may include experience as a recruiter, HR assistant, or administrative assistant.
Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for effectively communicating with candidates.
Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple job openings, candidates, and hiring processes simultaneously.
Attention to detail for accurately recording candidate information, scheduling interviews, and maintaining recruitment records.
Proactive identification of potential issues in the hiring process and implementation of solutions.
Efficient time management skills to meet deadlines and keep the hiring process moving smoothly.
Prioritization skills to focus on critical tasks and allocate resources effectively.
Collaborative attitude to work effectively with hiring managers, HR colleagues, and other team members.
Ability to contribute positively to a team environment and support colleagues as needed.
Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and requirements in a dynamic recruitment environment.
Availability to work flexible hours as needed, especially during peak hiring periods.
Responsiveness and attentiveness to candidate inquiries and concerns.
