RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Project Manager - Consulting in Austin, TX.

Summary:
This position is a PM, but also has elements of Tech PM, Business/Functional PM, BA, Account Manager and Client Intake Manager. The ideal candidate will be the primary point of contact for their project portfolio and will actively work to build and maintain excellent working relationships with client and customers.

Responsibilities:


  • Project Manager will manage project from inception through financial close-out

  • Review and understand the Project Statement of Work (SOW), Estimate Sheet to determine Sales Plan for Delivery Implementation

  • Responsible for multiple projects, concurrently

  • Provide direction and track assigned tasks to completion for outsourced resources, as applicable

  • Maintain financial forecast and oversee project cost tracking throughout projects

  • Consult and collaborate with internal stakeholders

  • Collaborate and manage resource allocations to ensure that project plans and deliverables are aligned with available resources

  • Drive task level project plans that include requirements, communications, external (customer) requirements, communications, contracts, issue resolution and risk and resource management

  • As a Project Manager, you will lead internal, external/customer, and ad hoc focused sessions as required for successful progression of your projects

  • Weekly communications to customer (i.e., Project Plans, RAID Logs, and Status Reports)

  • Overall lens on project success as the ultimate goal; Big picture on potential risk and mitigation measures early on to allow for recovery

  • Establish best practices for your solution delivery line of business (ECM, ERM, ICAP)







REQUIREMENTS:



  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of Project Management, with specific experience in Project Management in Software Development Life Cycle (10+ years of experience); (combined education and experience will be considered)

  • 3+ years of experience people leadership experience

  • Financial analysis experience (i.e. projections, operational expenses, etc.)

  • Project Manager for Document Management Control Company must have some form of consulting experience

  • Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite

  • We are seeking an individual that is experienced, flexible, reliable, outgoing, and professional with a positive work attitude

  • High interpersonal skills including significant oral, presentation, and written communication skills

  • Professional presence with both internal and external stakeholders

  • Ability for conflict resolution and negotiations with both customer and client stakeholders

  • Independent and creative problem resolution

  • PMP Certification preferred

Approach to Flexible Work:

  • Quarterly in person meetings to build and deepen connections; This allows you to build flexibility as you and your manager see fit to cater to your business team






The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.



We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
