Your new role

The SR Estimator is responsible for leading the preparation of complete and accurate estimates for each phase of the project's design. Analyses construction documents, specifications, proposals to prepare time, cost, and labour estimates. All trades management.



What you'll need to succeed

Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field of study.
Experience estimating projects or relevant engineering experience.
Between 10 - 15 years of experience working as an Estimator, SR Estimator, Preconstruction.
+5 years of experience in commercial / multifamily Mid - High Rise / Schools construction.
Excel ability.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, and related construction / take-offs software.
Multitask, capability to work under pressure and team management are a must
