Job Description:

The Senior IT Solutions Delivery Specialists will lead the digital transformation initiatives within our manufacturing facility. This role involves assessing current business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement through digital technologies, and implementing strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and Implement Digital Strategies: Create and execute digital transformation strategies to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.

Process Improvement: Analyze current manufacturing processes and identify areas for digital enhancement.

Project Management: Lead and manage digital transformation projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and within budget.

Technology Integration: Integrate new digital technologies into existing systems and processes.

Data Analytics: Utilize data analytics to drive decision-making and strategic planning.

Change Management: Facilitate change management processes to ensure smooth adoption of new technologies.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, production, and senior leadership, to ensure alignment and successful implementation of digital initiatives.

Training and Support: Provide training and support to employees on new digital tools and technologies.

Monitor and Report: Track the progress of digital transformation initiatives and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital transformation, IT project management, or a related role within a manufacturing environment.


Skills:

    • Strong understanding of digital technologies and their application in manufacturing.

    • Excellent project management and organizational skills.

    • Proficiency in data analytics and interpretation.

    • Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.

    • Knowledge of change management principles and practices.

    • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Industry 4.0 technologies, such as IoT, AI, and machine learning.

  • Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).

  • Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
