WHAT YOU'LL DO



  • Create RFQ packages while interfacing with team members and systems (Oracle Cloud, Agile).


  • Pull BOM information from Agile.


  • Send out RFQ packages to Suppliers - registered on the Brooks Supplier Portal and not registered on the Brooks Supplier Portal.


  • Track / Manage / Encourage Supplier responses.


  • Follow up daily with Suppliers who are in process of replying to our quote requests.


  • Use MS Excel to model Supplier quote responses, applies various data querying techniques incl. data pivots to visualize the quote responses for deeper analysis of multi-level pricing and other results of the RFQ exercise.


  • Upload multiple part numbers & prices by Supplier into the Oracle Cloud environment.


  • Assign Sourcing rules and Total Available Market % splits in the Oracle Cloud.


  • Create and manage requests for quotes that include technical documents, pricing, delivery commits and key milestones to ensure on-time receipt of quotations from Suppliers.


  • Help create the 'data handshake' between MS Excel and the Oracle Cloud environment to support multiple part number RFQ's, call outs to multiple Suppliers worldwide, receive & analyze multiple Supplier quotes for award.


  • Orchestrate the addition of New Suppliers onto the Brooks' approved supplier list via the Oracle Cloud.


  • Interface with large global Suppliers located in US and other countries & time zones.


  • Interface directly with Suppliers to assure highest quality materials, competitive pricing, on time deliveries.





WHAT YOU 'LL BRING



  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Data Analyst role.


  • Technical Degree preferred.


  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Advanced Excel, Tableau, Access database, Web-enabled applications.


  • Experience working with ERP systems e.g. Oracle 11i, Oracle Cloud, SAP.


  • Excellent communication skills.
