About the program:

The Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Transformation and Integration Program is a Key program for EB and ELT and has a high profile to achieve Arcadis 2024-2026 strategic goals. It is the continuation of our integration journey with our colleagues from AIBI, ADPS, CRTKL, and Arcadis Gen. It is scheduled to conclude in 2026.

Bringing our ways of working to AIBI, ADPS, CRTKL, and Arcadis Gen allows us all to work in a consistent manner,reducing organizational friction and improving collaboration and transparency.

We will work as one Arcadis by sharing a common operational environment to provide our talented people, solutions, and capabilities to our clients, wherever they are and whatever their needs. This job can be performed in any Arcadis US office

The ERP Integration and Transformation Program includes activities related to:


  • Transitioning to the existing Arcadis Oracle ERP platform and the existing Arcadis way of working, including country-level processes
  • Legal Entity Rationalization
  • People Terms & Conditions and Benefits Harmonization

    • Adding additional job families to the Arcadis People structure to accommodate Architecture and Technology & Digital roles


This role reports to the Executive Global Programme Director.

We are accepting applicants for this role until October 1, 2024.

Role accountabilities:


  • Support the Program Director and members of the core program management office.
  • Develop (with the workstream leads) project plans, including scope, goals, budget, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Become the 'go to' person to discuss and resolve challenges faced by our Business Process Owners (BPOs).
  • Coordinate resources at a country level, team members, and stakeholders to ensure project success by driving practical solutions through good collaboration.
  • Help monitor project progress (via our Kanban Board in MS Planner and Smartsheets) and make adjustments as needed to meet objectives. Manage escalations to the program director.
  • Help the functional teams to define success factors and what is required to achieve them to minimize disruption for the operational business.
  • Manage risks and issues and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Communicate project status, updates, and reports to stakeholders as directed by the program director.
  • Ensure project documentation is complete, current, and stored appropriately on the program Teams site.
  • Foster a collaborative and positive team environment.
  • Listen and learn about functional business processes and organization from those accountable for them to ease adoption for our people.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement.

Key Shared Accountabilities:

For the Solution Workstream


  • Manage the dependencies and interdependencies of the functional workstreams to ensure that each workstream maintains progress against deliverables, resources, and other dependencies required by the solution delivery team to ensure that the pace of the solution program is maintained across all three projects.

For the Finance Workstream

  • Ability to help Finance Teams to define what 'good' looks like in terms of organizational set-up and what we need to do to achieve that (i.e. Canada can operate new processes as per design after 'go live' and existing finance teams perceive minimal disruption)

For the People Workstream

  • Ensure that the inputs for Terms & Conditions/Benefits Harmonization, job mapping, etc. are synchronized with the Solution and CTC teams.

For the Legal Compliance and Privacy Workstream

  • Ensure key dependencies are identified between the Legal, Terms & Conditions and Benefits alignment, and Solution projects including relevant dates
  • Support with ad-hoc discussions that may arise involving topics relevant to cross-workstream stakeholder groups

For the Change, Training and Communications (CTC) Workstream

  • Interrogate the plan, make necessary improvements and updates
  • Drive action against the plan
  • Identify and manage dependencies
  • Be able to manage the complexities between Project 1, Project 2, and Project 3 from an end-user perspective

For the Growth Workstream

  • Ensure that all inputs for MtO and PtW are synchronized with the Solution and CTC teams, including mapping of sales resources and allocation of OSC licenses.

For the Project Delivery (DtR) Workstream

  • Ensure that all inputs for DtR (Project Management & Project Accounting & Billing) are synchronized with the Solution and CTC teams, including mapping of project management teams (project managers, project assistants, project finance team members, etc.).

For the Solution Delivery Workstream

  • Ensure that all inputs required by the Solution team are synchronized with all other workstreams, (working with the PMO on dependency management).

For the Procurement Workstream

  • Ensure key dependencies are identified between Procurement including their procurement transformation roadmap, the ERP transformation and integration program, and other Arcadis initiatives such as global cross-charging to ensure alignment
  • Support with ad-hoc discussions that may arise involving topics relevant to cross-workstream stakeholder groups

Qualifications & Experience:

Required Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's Degree with relevant years of experience in Project Management.
  • Good general project management background and skillset to drive the pace of the program by supporting the program director as we face off to the business, managing multiple delivery routes through GBAs, and countries, and managing the dependencies from all other workstreams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A good knowledge of the Arcadis operating environment.
  • Preferred with ERP/Oracle experience and/or good knowledge of the Arcadis Way.
  • Knowledge of technology-led change programs would be an advantage.

We offer nine paid holidays and 20 days PTO that accrue per year. The salary range for this position is $116,000 - $166,750. Actual salaries will vary and are based on several factors, such as experience, education, budget, internal equity, project, and location.
